My name is Shaq Qureshi, and I’m the face and owner of our CareBuilders at Home location in Arlington, Virginia. I bring more than 22 years of experience in franchise management and business operations, along with a strong focus on customer service and team leadership.
Before joining CareBuilders, I owned and managed several Dairy Queen and IHOP locations in Virginia and Maryland, as well as Boston’s Restaurant and Sports Bar in Ashburn. I also worked in leadership roles with Amazon Fresh and Wegmans, where I focused on operations, staff development, and customer satisfaction. In addition to my business background, I spent several years caring for an elderly family member, which gave me firsthand experience with the emotional and physical side of caregiving.
Family is very important to me. I live in Northern Virginia and enjoy spending time with loved ones, cooking, and being active in the community. I’ve always valued discipline, teamwork, and service to others, and those values continue to guide my work every day.
