Dhafer Jouini (Owner)
Dhafer holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering and brings over 25 years of leadership experience in corporate America. He’s been happily married for more than 25 years and is a proud dad of three boys. Beyond work, Dhafer loves giving back to the community — whether it’s coaching soccer or serving on his neighborhood’s homeowners association board.
Suzan Yacoob (RN)
Suzan graduated from UCF with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and has over 12 years of nursing experience across skilled nursing facilities, surgical units, and vaccination and testing programs. She’s also worked with the VA in Home Based Primary Care and holds a certification in medical-surgical nursing. Suzan’s passion is providing compassionate, patient-centered care in every setting.
Isra Abusuwa (RN)
Isra, also a UCF graduate, brings over 15 years of nursing experience, including work in ICUs, home health, and psychiatric intake admissions. She’s served as a travel nurse, supporting case evaluations and disease management across various locations. Isra is dedicated to delivering thoughtful and thorough care wherever she goes.
About Us
Dhafer Jouini (Owner): Holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering. Married for over 25 years and have three boys. Have over 25 years in professional experience in corporate America mainly in management. Have been involved with the community as volunteer in many activities like coaching for soccer or serving on the board for the homeowner’s association.
Suzan Yacoob (RN) graduated from UCF with a BSN. has over 12 years in nursing experience that includes skilled nursing facilities, surgical units, and vaccination and testing. Suzan also has VA experience with Home Based Primary Care and has a certification in medical/surgical nursing.
Isra Abusuwa (RN) graduated from UCF and has over 15 years in nursing experience. Isra held several assignments over her career that included ICUs, home health, and psychiatric intake admission. Isra also worked as a travel nurse for case evaluations and disease management.


Sherri Hutto (Office Manager) holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCF and a Master’s degree in Organizational/Industrial Psychology from Walden University. She is a Board Certified Coach with over 13 years of experience in office management and team supervision. She spends her time outside of the office volunteering, going to UCF football and Orlando City soccer games, running, kayaking, and hiking.
