As we step into 2026, we find ourselves doing more than just turning the page on a new calendar. We are looking back at the faces, the stories, and the moments from this past year that have shaped who we are today.<\/div>\n

At\u00a0CareBuilders at Home<\/b>, our 2025 wasn\u2019t merely measured in awards or office openings. It was measured in quiet moments of connection and the steady trust of the families we serve. As 2026 begins to unfurl, we want to share the five chapters of our journey that defined our mission and will guide our hands in the year ahead.<\/div>\n

1. May: A Foundation Built on Trust<\/b><\/div>\n
The Brand Builder Award<\/b><\/div>\n
Last May, we were honored with the\u00a0Brand Builder Award<\/b>. While we are proud of the growth this represents, we know that a “brand” in senior care isn’t about logos or marketing\u2014it\u2019s about the peace of mind a daughter feels when she knows her mother is safe. This award remains a tribute to the integrity and heart our caregivers bring into every home they enter.<\/div>\n

Receiving an award from\u00a0Alameda County Social Services<\/b>\u00a0in July was a moment of deep humility. We don\u2019t just work in the East Bay; we live here, and we care for our neighbors. This recognition served as a powerful reminder that we are part of a collective mission to protect, honor, and uplift our most vulnerable citizens.<\/div>\n

The Grand Opening of The Care Dojo<\/b><\/div>\n
The opening of\u00a0The Care Dojo<\/b>\u00a0this past October was the realization of a long-held dream. We created this space to be a sanctuary for learning\u2014a place where our caregivers feel valued, empowered, and inspired. The Dojo has become the heartbeat of our mission, ensuring that when our team enters a client’s home, they carry the confidence and compassion that comes from being truly supported.<\/div>\n

4. November: Lessons in Resilience<\/b><\/div>\n
Honoring Our Veterans<\/b><\/div>\n
There is a unique stillness and beauty in sitting with a veteran and listening to their history. This past November, our\u00a0Veteran\u2019s Day<\/b>\u00a0visits reminded us of the resilience of the human spirit. It is an incredible gift to provide comfort to those who once provided us with safety. These weren’t just “check-ins”; they were moments of shared humanity.<\/div>\n

Open Doors and Open Hearts<\/b><\/div>\n
We concluded 2025 with our\u00a0December Open Houses<\/b>\u00a0and a new era of\u00a0In-Services<\/b>. These events represented our promise to the community: we will never stop striving to be better. As we gather this month to begin our new training cycles, we are reminded that “home care” is exactly that\u2014care that feels like home.<\/div>\n
