The program, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cNavigating the Healthcare Maze,\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> helped community members better understand the complex healthcare system and the many transitions older adults may face.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our goal was to bring clarity to a process that often feels overwhelming for families.
