There are no out-of-pocket costs to you for approved hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> The VetAssist Program (Pension with Aid &amp; Attendance)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>For wartime veterans or their surviving spouses who need care but do not have service-connected disabilities, the VA Aid &amp; Attendance Pension is an incredible, underutilized benefit.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Who it\u2019s for: Wartime veterans (or surviving spouses) who need help with &#8220;activities of daily living&#8221; (such as bathing, feeding, or dressing) and meet specific financial criteria.<\/li>\n<li><strong>How it works:<\/strong> Through our partnership with VetAssist, we help streamline the application process for this pension.
