Danielle and Christine co-founded CareBuilders at Home of Fairfield County with a shared belief that every family deserves peace of mind, balance, and compassionate support through life’s many transitions.
 
Danielle is a seasoned business leader and mother of three who spent more than a decade at Amazon leading global teams, launching new business lines, and driving growth across the company’s advertising division. Her experience building high-performing teams and nurturing meaningful relationships now informs how she works with families, with an approach grounded in trust, reliability, and genuine care in every interaction.
Christine brings deep expertise in staffing, recruiting, and technical startups, along with a personal understanding of the importance of kindness and dependability in caregiving. As a mom, she knows firsthand how critical it is to find people you can truly trust to care for those you love.
 
Beyond their professional experience, both founders share a deep commitment to community and personal growth. Danielle serves on the Advisory Council for Prep for Prep, a leadership development program that supports high-achieving and under-served students in New York City. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, interior design, and practicing Spanish. Christine enjoys gardening, exploring new recipes in the kitchen, and spending time with her growing family.
 
Together, Danielle and Christine are dedicated to helping seniors and individuals in need of home care maintain independence, comfort, and dignity in their own homes while ensuring their families feel supported every step of the way.
