We are excited to announce the appointment of Lori Yount as Vice President of Operations<\/a>. In her role with CareBuilders at Home, Yount will oversee operational performance, franchisee training and ongoing support for all offices in our national network of private duty home care agencies.<\/p>\n

With nearly two decades of senior leadership experience in home-based care, she is uniquely qualified for the role and is set to make a big impact on our franchise system and growth,\u201d said David Savitsky, CEO of CareBuilders at Home. \u201cBrands have flourished under her focused leadership. We\u2019re excited to welcome her to the team!\u201d<\/p>\n

Prior to joining CareBuilders at Home, Yount served as CEO and Vice President of Franchise Development for an international in-home care concept which she grew by 350%. Her experience spans the home-based post-acute care industry, including durable medical equipment, skilled home health and hospice care, and private duty home care. She is an expert at developing and implementing franchise support functions, including sales coaching and training, that directly result in increased franchise revenue.<\/p>\n

Yount joins CareBuilders at Home at an exciting time. CareBuilders at Home is rapidly expanding across the country, having recently signed franchise agreements covering key markets in Texas and Michigan. As we continue to grow our footprint of offices providing comprehensive non-medical home care solutions, Yount will be responsible for identifying and implementing best practices across all areas of the business.<\/p>\n
