As a homecare agency, one thing we tell both our clients and our caregivers is that it can take a little while for them to find a match. Of course, if it has been a prolonged period of time with caregivers having a new client every week (and if clients keep “firing” their caregivers) that is a sign that we need to ask some follow-up questions. However, today we’re going to talk about how you find your caregiver in our agency when you first start with us.<\/p>\n
We have caregivers of all skill levels and background. Part of how you find your caregiver is by making sure that they can match your needs. Now, if you think that a caregiver\u00a0doesn’t\u00a0<\/em>meet some of your needs, you should give us a call at the office and let us know. That way we can adjust the types of caregivers that we send your way.<\/p>\n Does this person gel well with you and the other people living in your house? This may take a few visits to figure out, but it is important that if you are letting someone into your house to help you multiple times a week that you like that person.
