This can be a huge help with older adults who have difficulty writing for any reason, or who just want the companionship of someone while they are doing household tasks.<\/p>\n<h4>Lifting<\/h4>\n<p>Sometimes, an older adult may want us to help them put a box of donations in their car, or move a box of holiday decorations to the attic. We can help with a few singular boxes like that, but definitely talk to the office first so that can be communicated to the caregivers.<\/p>\n<h4>Meal Planning<\/h4>\n<p>Along with grocery lists, we can also help our clients make a meal plan for the week, if that&#8217;s something they need help with.
