A short story of pain, happenstance, and solution
A few weeks ago I developed soars on the back of both my legs that weren’t healing so I visit my Primary doctor, they referred me to a Wound Care Clinic which was on a Friday; they cleaned and wrapped up the wound real nice.
Wound Care Clinic referred my case to a homecare service that would come to my home, manage the wound and rewrap it 3x a week.
Then a company called me and made appointments Monday, Wednesday, and Friday but they never showed up (now a entire week has passed, and nobody has changed my wraps).
By happenstance that Thursday, Ms. Celeste Freeland, CareBuilders at Home, arrive at our apartment building for an event to share various information regarding benefits of healthcare and more; then afterward, I approach her to explain my dilemma, then she made the statement, “let me see what I can do to help?”
It’s Friday! Ms. Freeland to the rescue!! She called and told me that she reached out to my provider, who ok’d Ms. Celeste participation in my well being and care.
Well, Celeste found another company who stated they would be willing to take the case and would be here, Saturday; and sure enough this homehealth service showed up, cleaned and rewrapped my wounds, and after an entire week of waiting, I am so relieved.
Finally, I thank the LORD for sending Ms. Freeland and I thank Him for her diligence, caring, knowledge and expertise, and for showing love in performing over and above, for her excellent in customer service, competence, problem solving skills and solutions.
I pray the Lord bless Celeste and all her endeavors returning 100 fold for her giving and may He prosper her businesses to thrive because she works, acts and behaves like customer service is important and people matter!! And I thank the LORD for being an ever present help in times of trouble.

As my Dad’s Alzheimer’s symptoms have continued to worsen, I have become more hesitate to leave him at home alone while I had to be out for work reasons. A mutual friend introduced me to Celeste and I instantly had a good feeling. Celeste gave me information about the company but allowed me to process it in my time with making me feel rushed or pressured.

I cannot recommend Celeste and her team enough. She has been so patient with me and my need to constantly change the schedule around. Her caregivers are so kind with my dad that I feel no hesitation leaving him in their care. They have eliminated a lot of stress off of me and given me back my peace of mind.
