Aaron is a military veteran, and JamieRose grew up as a military brat and later became a military spouse\u2014experiences that shaped a deep commitment to service and community. Our professional backgrounds are in aviation and business, respectively, and together we spent the past 14 years in luxury hospitality, where we developed a strong foundation in professionalism, service excellence, and genuine care for others.<\/p>\n

Along the way, we also had the privilege of caring for our own parents through spinal surgery recovery and terminal cancer. Those deeply personal experiences gave us a profound appreciation for the role dedicated home caregivers play in the lives of families.<\/p>\n
