Community Health Choices/Medicaid waiver
Some individuals may qualify for Community Health Choices (Medicaid Waiver) services. We guide applicants through every step to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Here’s how we help:

- Initial call: Our team helps make the first call to the PA Independent Enrollment Broker (PA IEB) with you on the line.
- Ongoing follow-up: We check in with the PA IEB weekly to monitor your application status.
