Starting this summer, DHS will send an introductory flyer to participants identified within the CHC population. View the flyer by clicking\u00a0<a title=\"undefined\" href=\"http:\/\/www.healthchoices.pa.gov\/cs\/groups\/webcontent\/documents\/document\/c_265478.pdf\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HERE<\/a>. Then in the fall, notices and enrollment packets will be mailed to participants, information on the LIFE program will be sent to potentially eligible participants, and informational sessions will be held for participants to learn about CHC and how to select a CHC-MCO.<\/p>\n<p>DHS will be hosting summits specifically for providers to learn more about CHC. More information regarding times and locations coming soon, but all impacted agencies are encouraged to save these dates on their calendars.<\/p>\n<p>Lehigh\/Capital Zone<br \/>\nMonday, May 13: Harrisburg Area Community College<br \/>\nTuesday, May 14: Shippensburg University<br \/>\nWednesday, May 15: Kutztown University<br \/>\nThursday, May 16 (Transportation Session Only): Kutztown University<br \/>\nNorthwest Zone<br \/>\nMonday, May 20: Edinboro University<br \/>\nTuesday, May 21: Lock Haven University<br \/>\nWednesday, May 22: University of Pittsburgh-Bradford<br \/>\nThursday, May 23 (Transportation Session Only): University of Pittsburgh-Bradford<br \/>\nNortheast Zone<br \/>\nTuesday, June 4: East Stroudsburg University<br \/>\nWednesday, June 5: University of Scranton<br \/>\nThursday, June 6: Bloomsburg University<br \/>\nFriday, June 7 (Transportation Session Only): Bloomsburg University<br \/>\nIn addition to these sessions, CHC offers a number of resources to help agencies with the transition, including<br \/>\nupdated information on its website, information about trainings and fact sheets<br \/>\nFAQs<br \/>\nEven more information and links are posted on PHAs Community HealthChoices resource page. PHA also will be hosting a CHC prep session for agencies in the central and northern sections of the state on August 20 in State College.
