We’re Brent and Pepper, a married couple with over 30 years of life and love together. We have two wonderful children and a grandson who keeps us on our toes. New Mexico is home. Pepper was born here, and Brent has lived here for more than 30 years. We enjoy camping, golfing, and spending time outdoors in the beauty of our state.
Our journey into caregiving began when Brent’s mother needed support. As we cared for her, we saw how overwhelming aging can be—not just for the person, but for the whole family. That experience made us realize how important it is to have compassionate, dependable help during these seasons of life.
Before joining CareBuilders at Home, Brent worked in territory management, and Pepper built a career in marketing, working in television and billboard advertising. Those experiences taught us how to be organized, responsive, and attentive—skills we now bring to the families we serve.
