Ajay Chari, Pharm.D., BCPS, is a healthcare entrepreneur and operator with a deep commitment to improving care in the home. Based in Knoxville, Tennessee, Ajay leads healthcare ventures through Chari Holdings, focusing on building and scaling patient-centered home care and service-based healthcare businesses.
Ajay earned his Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, Cellular & Molecular Biology from the University of Tennessee–Knoxville. He is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS), reflecting advanced clinical training and a strong command of medication management, patient safety, and evidence-based care.
Alongside his entrepreneurial work, Ajay remains actively engaged in healthcare as a Clinical Pharmacist at Parkwest Medical Center and as a Medical Advisor to Revolution MD. This frontline experience informs his approach to home care—emphasizing safe transitions, continuity of care, caregiver support, and operational discipline.
