Jim Fink’s experience with home health care began when his parents needed in home support. Seeing the difference that compassionate caregivers made for his family sparked a deep appreciation for how essential these services are. It also shaped his commitment to helping older adults and families receive reliable care that supports dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
Before entering the home healthcare field, Jim spent more than 30 years in investment banking and investment management, holding a variety of sales and managerial roles. His career has been grounded in relationships, problem-solving, and guiding people through important decisions.
Outside of work, Jim enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures, cooking, exercising, and spending time with his family. He is a proud parent of three sons who are building careers in public policy in Washington DC, investment management in Charlotte, and cybersecurity in Charlotte as a disabled veteran.
