Meet Gregory Webster
Gregory Webster is a health and wellness professional whose career spans engineering, corporate health management, and exercise physiology. He began as an electrical engineer before transitioning into healthcare, serving as a health insurance group benefits manager and later managing the corporate fitness center for The Walt Disney Company, where he also delivered wellness presentations to fitness organizations and Visiting Nurses Association chapters.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and has over 25 years of experience as a fitness instructor, specializing in the senior population. Known for his deep understanding of the human body, he excels at translating complex concepts into practical guidance. A former competitive cyclist and runner, Gregory has also taught Spanish for the past eight years, helping students accelerate their road to fluency.
His professional and personal experience—including witnessing exceptional home care for his mother—drives his commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care as a home care and senior placement business owner.
