CareBuilders at Home of Treasure Valley was built by two women who came to this work from very different directions — and whose paths, when combined, create exactly the kind of foundation families can lean on.
Adina has spent her career in the world of investigation and accountability. As a Licensed Private Investigator and Certified Fraud Examiner with roots in the industry going back to the mid-1990s, she has built a career on one non-negotiable principle: integrity matters, especially when someone is counting on you.
That’s the lens she brings to in-home care. When a family invites a caregiver into their home, they deserve someone who has been thoroughly vetted, carefully selected, and held to a high standard — and Adina ensures that’s exactly what they get.
Outside of work, she finds her balance in the kitchen, through a good book, in her craft projects, with animals, and out on the water.
Heather brings something just as essential — lived experience and a heart shaped by it. With a background in health and wellness and coursework toward her Nursing degree, she has spent years serving others in meaningful roles, from supporting Adina’s professional projects to spending two deeply rewarding years as a Paraprofessional in a Kindergarten classroom. But it’s her personal story that drives her most.
Heather has cared for three grandparents at home over the years — showing up through illness, loss, and transition — and throughout all of it, her shared belief never wavered: her loved ones deserved to stay home, surrounded by the people who loved them. She just didn’t know yet that a service like this existed to help other families do the same. Now, she gets to be that service.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Heather staying active — paddle boarding, snowboarding, hitting the gym, or riding motorcycles — and always making time for family and a good book.
