As fall commences in Kentucky, here are some items that I keep on me. This is not designed to sell you anything, and I’m trying to keep the recommendations general enough that it is not specific to any brand. A lot of these will be things that you probably already have in your home, and you don’t need to use to exactly what I do.

Sunscreen

Sunscreen is still important in the fall. I try to make sure that I get my face and hands, in particular, because those are the areas that are exposed to the sun the most. I usually carry a bottle around in my car or purse. I have sensitive skin so I prefer chemical sunscreens to mineral ones.

Hand Cream

I always have a tube of hand cream on me in the fall and winter. My hands just get so dry that I have to carry some with me otherwise my hands get all cracked and red. I also have a sensitive skin repair cream that I use on cracked heels.

Water Bottle

I carry my water bottle with me during the fall because it still gets hot during the day. And it is still important to keep hydrated when the weather cools. Try to keep your electrolytes up.

What do you take with you during the fall?
