New year, new us! A new year is a great time to switch things up in your life, and I don’t think that older adults should ever stop doing that. Learning, exploring, and evolving is part of being human. So here are some fun things to try doing this year.

Wardrobe Mix and Match
We tend to get stuck pairing the same pieces together every single time, but if you’re feeling wardrobe fatigue you should try mixing things up a bit. Try shirts that you don’t usually wear with certain pants, etc. This might be a way to breathe new life into your wardrobe without buying anything new.
Find a New Hobby
You’re never too old to start a new hobby. Now, which hobbies you get into will obviously vary on your fine motor skills and abilities. For example, not everyone may be able to crochet, but maybe those people can go start a book club or they can garden. We have a few posts all about hobbies for older adults.
Let me know what you are trying this year. Happy new year everyone!
