Are you ready for Halloween next week? Let’s check with this really fun checklist. This is a departure from our usual posts but I believe very firmly in celebrating Halloween at all stages of life.

Have You:
Gotten Your Candy?
A lot of grocery stores are starting to pull their Halloween candy and putting out their candy canes, so make sure that you have your candy ready! You don’t want to get caught running around in search of candy the day of the 31st.
Set Lights Up Around Your Doorway or Cultivated a Clear Walkway?
Having a clear path to your door from both sides is good for both you and the little ghosts coming to ask you for candy. Safety is important on dark and possibly slick October nights.
Created Your Costume?
If you don’t have a costume, try looking in your closet for what you can put together without buying something new. You can get an old box, some wrapping paper and string and be a present. Maybe you can wear a sports jersey or some clothes from your last vacation to be a tourist.
Prepared Your Movie Playlist
We have a post linked above that will suit all your Halloween movie needs! Get settled in to answer the door all evening!
