Like always, we are hiring caregivers! This is going to be a shorter post for housekeeping purposes. We are always hiring, and I thought I’d go over what we are usually looking for in a caregiver.
Past Caregiving Experience
This could be past professional or family caregiving experience. If you have related experience to what we provide (like housekeeping or cooking for others) that can help.
Punctuality
Our clients rely on our caregivers to be there when we say they are going to be there. If you aren’t punctual, it is hard for you to do well in a job where you are trusted to be off-site.
Communication
Our most successful caregivers are very communicative with the office. If we have open lines of communication, we can send you to new clients and help troublelshoot problems with you.
