I always love to hype no bake treats because they are super easy for kids and older adults to do independently or with each other. No one has to worry about an oven, which is great. I will provide links to specific recipes down below, but I love Pinterest for this kind of stuff as well.

Fall Snack Mix

This is great because it is so customizable. Jaclyn Shimmel wrote this great recipe, but you don’t have to follow this one. You can get whatever nuts that you like, candy (bonus points for fall colors or for candy corn or candy pumpkins) and enjoy! It can be inexpensive, fast, and you can make it for large amounts of people fairly easily.

Cheesecake Bites

I’ve written about Oreo truffles that are similar, but the same idea can be applied to no bake cheesecake bites. Here’s this great recipe from Ashley Wagner for Center Cut Cook, but the bites pictures are not inherently fall themed. You can switch out the decorations or use white chocolate colored orange or red or yellow for these kinds of treats. They are all typically dipped in some kind of chocolate to keep the treat together.

Pie Bites

No bake pie bites (either pumpkin pie bites or these apple pie recipe written by the blogger Danae for Recipe Runner) can be much more labor-intensive than most no bake cheesecake bites or snack mixes. However, they can be a cute little snack and a good way to spend a day with family or friends. They can also be a good treat to bring to parties, as the ones I linked are very small and individually portioned. Larger no bake pies are also a great option to bring to gatherings as pie is generally popular.
