With 16 years of experience in financial services, she built a strong foundation in leadership, trust, and client care—but felt called to create a more personal and lasting impact in her community.
That calling led her to home care, where she channels her expertise into improving quality of life and bringing peace of mind to families every day. Laura is deeply committed to delivering exceptional care while supporting and empowering the caregivers who make that care possible.

Outside of her professional life, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband, Cody, and their two daughters, Layla and Daisy. You’ll often find her staying active through Pilates, biking, and making the most of time with her family.
Taylor Stanfill
Office Manager
Taylor has been with CareBuilders at Home since April 2021. After beginning her career as a caregiver, she quickly advanced to the role of Office Manager, where she oversees day-to-day operations. Born and raised in Iowa, Taylor earned her Associate’s degree in Education from Iowa Western Community College.
She is a proud mom of two young daughters and enjoys spending her free time shopping, swimming, and reading.

Ashley has been with CareBuilders at Home since September of 2023. She started as a caregiver with us and has over 15 years of experience in home care.
Ashley has four children and loves to spend time with them. She has a background in customer service and always finds herself circling back to care for others.
