Laura, a Nebraska native, born and raised in Omaha, is an experienced leader with a passion for providing exceptional home care services and a desire to make a difference in the lives of our clients, caregivers, and the community. After 16 years in financial services, she wanted to make a different kind of impact on her community: one where she could directly improve the quality of life and peace of mind for families in the community every day. Laura’s vision drive our mission to be the home care company clients and employees trust and rely on. Laura and her husband, Cody, have been married 10 years and have 2 daughters, Layla (8) and Daisy (6). Outside of work, she enjoys Pilates, riding her bike, and hiking.
Taylor Stanfill
Office Manager
Taylor has been with CareBuilders at Home since April of 2021. After starting her career as a Caregiver, Taylor has been promoted to Office Manager, handling all day-to-day operations. Taylor has an Associate’s degree in Education from Iowa Western Community College. She has 2 little girls aged 1 and 4 years old. She likes to spend her free time shopping, swimming, and reading.
